As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in helping our clients navigate their pharmacy benefit plans, ensuring they receive the support they need to make informed decisions about their healthcare.
Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via inbound calls, emails, and chats. You'll answer questions about prescription coverage, medication inclusion, and mail-order prescriptions, empowering our clients to better understand their benefits and options. Through your expertise and knowledge, you'll offer solutions to improve their healthcare experience, while also learning about the healthcare industry and expanding your own skills and experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats from clients regarding pharmacy benefit plans
- Answer questions about prescription coverage, medication inclusion, and mail-order prescriptions
- Provide solutions to improve clients' healthcare experience and empower them to make informed decisions
- Collaborate with clients to resolve issues and concerns in a patient, supportive, and compassionate manner
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Required Qualifications
