Job Summary
We're seeking highly skilled and enthusiastic Chat Operators to join our team in Tulsa, OK. As a remote worker, you'll engage in online conversations with customers, providing exceptional support and turning interactions into leads that drive revenue for our clients. Key Responsibilities
* Engage in online conversations with customers via live chat, email, and phone
- Provide exceptional customer support, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
- Use your gaming experience to create a fun and engaging experience for customers, turning interactions into leads that drive revenue for our clients
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategies that improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements
* Must live within the state of Oklahoma
- Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
- Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (i3 equivalent or higher)
- Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions (this is a remote position)
- Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
- Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
- Gaming experience is preferred, but not required
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (communications, marketing, or business) preferred
- 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, including chat support, customer service, or sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and open communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience in CRM software a plus
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the automotive industry or a related field
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer engagement and support
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
- Experience with live chat software and CRM systems
Skills and Competencies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and open communication

- Strong typing skills, with the ability to type at least 35 WPM
