Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat interactions
• Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
• Answering customer inquiries and providing product information
• Processing customer orders and requests
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

• A minimum of one year of experience working in a customer service-related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with computer skills, including internet browsers, email, and ability to learn new software
• Ability to handle private and confidential information
• A strong work ethic that demonstrates dependability and a commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a call center environment

• Good conflict resolution skills
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Knowledge of telecommunications services and products

Schedule:

We currently have the following full-time shifts available:

• Tuesday through Saturday from 1 pm to 9 pm
• Sunday through Thursday from 1 pm to 9 pm

Work from Home (WAH) Opportunity:

As a CSR with arenaflex, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. Our WAH program allows you to work in a remote setting while still being connected to our team and providing exceptional customer service.
