Job Summary

As a CSS, you will be the primary point of contact for customers using our food ordering app, handling inquiries, concerns, and providing information through inbound and outbound phone calls. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers in placing online orders: Provide timely and accurate support to customers, ensuring a seamless ordering experience.
- Providing support through phone calls: Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
- Processing payments securely: Ensure secure and efficient payment processing, maintaining customer trust and confidence.
- Proactively supporting customers and maintaining brand reputation: Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a positive brand image.

Essential Qualifications
To succeed as a Customer Success Specialist at arenaflex, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field: A degree in a relevant field is not mandatory, but a strong educational background is essential.
- At least 6 months of customer support experience: Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is advantageous, but not mandatory. Fresh graduates with a strong passion for customer service are encouraged to apply.
- B2 level proficiency in English: Excellent written and spoken English skills are required, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Interpersonal skills: Customer service-oriented, active listening, and ability to handle inquiries professionally.
Technical Skills
As a Customer Success Specialist at arenaflex, you will need:
- Typing speed of at least 40wpm with 90% accuracy: Proficiency in typing is essential for efficient and accurate communication.
- Computer literacy: Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office is required, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and tools.
Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Mandarin language proficiency: B2 level or higher proficiency in Mandarin is preferred, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
