Job Summary
As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, resolving their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. You'll be the face of our company, and your interactions with customers will have a direct impact on our reputation and success. Responsibilities
As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Focusing on customer retention and ensuring that our customers feel valued and supported
- Providing customers with our organization's service standards and ensuring that they understand our policies and procedures
- Identifying, escalating, and reporting priority issues to high-level management
- Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources and following up on complicated customer calls as necessary
- Completing call notes and call reports as required and updating them in our CRM system
- Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries
- Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
- Performing other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Some sales and customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with proper grammar
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Some experience with MS Excel is a plus
- The ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations
