Job Description

As a Chat Moderator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for ensuring our online community adheres to our rules and guidelines. This part-time, remote position offers flexibility and the chance to work with a dynamic team that values equality and inclusivity. Your primary duties will include: ### Key Responsibilities

• Moderating the chat of our official Discord server, including:

+ Deleting messages that violate our community guidelines + Banning users with multiple and repeat rule infractions + Muting users who have violated our rules + Investigating reports from users about potential rule breaches

• Collaborating with our team to develop and implement effective community management strategies
• Providing excellent customer service and support to users, ensuring a positive experience on our platform
• Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's community guidelines and policies, making adjustments as needed
• Participating in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge

### Essential Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old
• Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Be able to work independently in a remote environment
