Social Media Director

We’re looking for a Social Media Director who can own, scale, and optimize our theme pages while driving visibility for our clients, events, and products. This is not a “post and chill” role. This is for someone who understands attention, growth, and execution at a high level. What You’ll Be Responsible For -Owning Our Theme Pages -Oversee 3–5 Instagram & Facebook theme pages -Manage the team posting daily content -Ensure consistency, quality, and growth across all accounts -Hold people accountable for execution Driving Performance -Track metrics across all pages (reach, engagement, conversions) -Deliver weekly performance reports to leadership -Identify what’s working and double down fast -Cut what’s not working without hesitation Promoting What Matters -Work closely with project managers to push: -Client offers -EventsProduct launches -Make sure promotions are executed on time and perform Automation & Monetization -Build and optimize ManyChat flows -Create systems that convert attention into leads -Improve engagement and response rates through automation Trend Hunting & Content Strategy -Stay ahead of trends, viral formats, and platform updates -Bring fresh ideas consistently -Help shape content direction across all pages Who This Is For You’re a fit if you: -Move fast and take ownership -Think in results, not tasks -Understand how to grow and monetize attention -Can manage people AND hold them accountable -Are organized but not rigid -Thrive in a high-energy, entrepreneurial environment Who This Is NOT For -Someone who needs constant direction -Someone who avoids accountability -Someone who moves slow or overthinks -Someone who just wants to “manage posts” Apply To This Job
