Associate Designer

What You'll Do

Design across formats including social, web, email, campaigns, and print Turn concepts into polished, production-ready work Partner with Art Directors, Designers, and copywriters to build smart, effective creative Work closely with strategy and marketing teams to make sure creative aligns with goals Help maintain and evolve brand systems across channels Present your work clearly and explain the “why” behind it Juggle multiple projects without dropping the details Be curious–bring new ideas, trends, and tools to the team What You Bring 2–3 years of design experience (agency experience is a plus) A strong portfolio that shows us how you think, not just how things look Solid skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma Understanding of digital design (social, email, responsive web, UI/UX basics) Bonus: motion design or experience with AI creative tools How You Work You sweat the details but don’t get stuck in them You’re organized, reliable, and can manage multiple deadlines You ask questions, take initiative, and figure things out You’re collaborative and open to feedback You care about doing good work and making it better About Our Creative Team The Creative team at Go Fish Digital is made up of designers, storytellers, and strategists who believe great work does more than turn heads—it solves problems.
