Cox Media Group is searching for Billing Specialist I Cox Media Group This is a 8 Month W2 contract assignment with the opportunity for contract extension or to transition to a permanent, full-time role based on performance and business needs. Shift/Hours Monday - Friday; 40 hours per week

- Answer inbound inquiries, via phone and email, from external and internal clients related to Billing
- Review, understand, and converse with clients regarding their contract terms, invoicing, and accounts receivable balances
- Present information to clients clearly and concisely as well as document this information appropriately in Salesforce and SAP
- Collaborate within the Finance Team (Contracts, Accounts Receivable, Billing Ops, and Collections) as well as other internal teams (e.g., Sales, Retention, Business Leadership) as needed to resolve all client inquiries

- Candidate must sit in EST
- Previous experience answering a high volume of incoming calls
- Salesforce experience is a plus
- Genesys experience is a plus
