Senior Associate, Patient Analytics- Remote

Key Responsibilities:Analyze and interpret patient-level claims data to uncover actionable insights for pharma clients. Support the development of patient journey analysis, market landscape, treatment overview, adherence studies, and other patient-centric analytics solutions. Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and visualizations in Tableau tailored to client needs. Collaborate with project managers and clients to define business requirements and translate them into analytical frameworks. Ensure quality control and accuracy in data handling and reporting. Provide mentorship to junior team members on analytics techniques and best practices. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Data Science). 3+ years of experience in US Pharma consulting, with a focus on patient analytics and claims data. Proficiency in Tableau for creating insightful dashboards and visualizations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets. Excellent communication skills to present findings effectively to clients. Good to Have: Familiarity with Dataiku for data preparation and machine learning workflows. Apply To This Job
