- Fluent in English and Malay, speaking and writing clearly in every conversation.
- Experienced in managing a busy schedule from day one.
- Always available and quick to respond when things are moving.
- Fast with a laptop and comfortable using tools to get things done.
- Punctual and calm under pressure.
- Thorough, making sure everything is right before it leaves your hands.
- Able to drive or have reliable transportation for travel between locations.

Psychometric testing Shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in two psychometric tests designed to assess cognitive abilities, personality traits, and role-relevant aptitude. Final decision Following the interviews, a final decision will be made regarding the candidate's suitability.
