What to expect: The Strategic Initiatives Intern will support the Strategy Realization Office (SRO) in advancing enterprise‑wide transformation initiatives. This role offers hands‑on exposure to business strategy through project coordination, planning support, and communications that help translate strategy into action across the organization. This is a three‑month remote contract, open to candidates working from anywhere in Canada. Key Responsibilities: Support the planning and execution of strategic projects and initiatives Assist with organizing workshops, meetings, and cross‑functional strategic sessions Collaborate with team members to support alignment on objectives and priorities Contribute to change management and internal communication activities Provide general project and administrative support, as required Conduct research to support strategy realization and planning activities. Other duties as assigned In this position, you will report to a Business Partner, Strategic Initiatives. CWB has adopted a remote-first working model, where employees will work from their home office, servicing the client within their specified areas either remotely or in person. What you bring to the table: Enrolled in post-secondary, college or university-level courses in Business Administration, Communications, Project Management, or related field Excellent oral and written communication skills Able to work both independently under minimal supervision and with others in a collaborative environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital communication channels (Microsoft Teams, email) The following qualifications are considered assets: Bilingual (French and English) Post‑secondary, college or university coursework in Business Administration, Communications, Project Management, or a related field Accommodation: The CWB Group is committed to providing accommodation to job applicants with disabilities throughout the recruitment process.
