What You'll Do
Collaborate with creative leadership, project managers, designers, and developers to understand project goals, user requirements, and design specifications Create wireframes to later translate designs into responsive, intuitive, and visually appealing user interfaces Design and develop visually appealing websites, ensuring a seamless user experience Develop and maintain a consistent and cohesive UI design system, ensuring brand guidelines and design patterns are followed across all digital platforms Create interactive prototypes and user flows to visualize and validate design concepts and functionality Understand how to implement front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to create seamless and engaging user interfaces and solve specific UI challenges Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability while ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility and accessibility standards (WCAG AA) Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, icons, and illustrations) Proactively report to our internal Project Manager and manage your schedule to ensure all deadlines are met. Who You Are Experienced with UI design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and ability to implement user-centric design solutions Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles, with an emphasis on optimizing user experiences across various devices and screen sizes A true team player who can work closely with others A keen eye for detail, while combining functionality and aesthetics Ability to discuss and explain design options Ability to work on other design-related projects, which can be more focused on graphic or editorial design. Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. Interested in learning new skills and keeping up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface.
