- Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clarity, consistency, and business value in all requirements.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (engineering, QA, analysts) to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery.
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates on progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Ensure continuous alignment between product development and evolving business priorities.
- Identify risks proactively and define mitigation strategies to ensure delivery commitments.
- Lead and oversee QA processes, ensuring high standards of software quality.
- Define, review, and validate test strategies, including unit, integration, acceptance, and regression testing.
- Promote agile best practices (Scrum, Agile) and continuous improvement within teams..
- 10+ years of experience in technology, with strong exposure to product ownership and project delivery roles.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end delivery of technology or digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum) and backlog management.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA processes.
- Hands-on or functional experience in software testing (manual and automated).
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project.
- Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run).
- Knowledge of testing tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, and JMeter.
- Experience with quality management tools (ALM, SpiraTest, TestLink).Understanding of security practices, including SAST, SCA, IaC, and vulnerability management.
