Review and analyze new file assignments, assess liability and damages, develop defense strategies, and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents with minimal supervision. Conduct AAA No-Fault arbitrations and try cases as needed, including preparing witnesses, experts, and clients for testimony. Serve as a key legal advisor to claims professionals by providing strategic guidance, case assessments, and recommendations throughout the life of a claim. Proactively monitor changes in PIP / No-Fault laws, regulations, and case law, and apply those developments to litigation strategy and business practices.
