Operations Data Analyst
About the Role
- A fast-moving organization is seeking 3 Operations Data Analysts to support a high-impact, short-term data initiative.
- This project will focus on analyzing operational data, improving reporting accuracy, and generating insights that drive better decision-making.
- This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in a real-world business environment while working alongside a collaborative and fast-paced team.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze operational datasets to identify trends, inconsistencies, and actionable insights
- Clean, organize, and validate data to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Build and maintain reports using Excel to support business operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver insights
- Assist in improving data processes and reporting workflows
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
- High level of attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in a related field preferred
Nice to Have
- Exposure to data analysis, reporting, or operations-related work
- Experience with large datasets or basic data cleaning techniques
