Intern, AI Operations and Enablement What You’ll Do Vaniam Group is building AI into the way we work, and this role gets to work at the center of that effort. As our AI Operations and Enablement Intern, you'll partner with teams across the organization to identify high-leverage workflows, design AI-powered solutions, and create resources that make it easier for every employee to work smarter. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role for someone who thrives at the intersection of process improvement and emerging technology. What You’ll Work On Audit existing workflows across functions (Client Services, Scientific Communications, People Operations, Business Development) to identify repetitive, high-effort tasks suited for AI enablement Design and build standardized AI workflow playbooks that document step-by-step processes for using AI tools in day-to-day work Develop a reusable prompt library and set of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Claude, Copilot, and other approved AI tools, tailored to each functional area Pilot AI-enabled workflow improvements with at least two teams, gather feedback, and iterate on the playbooks based on real-world use Create training materials and quick-reference guides that support AI adoption across the organization Present a final recommendations deck to leadership outlining adoption progress, measurable impact, and a roadmap for continued enablement What You’ll Learn How to assess organizational readiness for AI adoption and design change management strategies Prompt engineering techniques and best practices for enterprise AI tools, including Claude and Copilot Cross-functional stakeholder management in a fully remote, fast-paced environment How to translate ambiguous operational challenges into structured, scalable solutions The medical communications industry and how AI is reshaping healthcare marketing and scientific engagement What You Must Have Education: Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business, Information Systems, Data Science, Organizational Development, or a related field Skills and Competencies: Demonstrated interest in AI, automation, or process improvement (coursework, personal projects, or prior experience) Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document processes clearly for non-technical audiences Comfort working independently in a fully remote environment with collaborators across multiple time zones Time Requirements: Availability to work at least 20 hours per week for 10–12 weeks (June through August 2026) The Team You’ll Work Closest With You will work closely with the Enterprise Data, Analytics and Innovation department and collaborate with functional teams across Vaniam Group, including Client Services, Scientific Communications, People Operations, and Business Development.
