We are seeking a highly organized and proactive CTO Assistant to support the Chief Technology Officer in managing daily operational activities and strategic initiatives. The role involves coordinating projects, preparing reports, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. Bits of your job: Provide administrative and operational support to the CTO Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables using project management tools (e.g., ClickUp) Prepare reports, presentations, and performance summaries Liaise with department heads to ensure alignment on operational priorities Provide data-driven insights through reporting, dashboards, and analysis And other assigned tasks Key expectations: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field Strong data orientation and experience working with analytics, reporting, or performance metrics Experience using project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Jira, or similar platforms Excellent organizational and follow-up skills Strong communication skills with the ability to work across different teams Ability to prioritize effectively and understand what is critical vs. non-essential Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously Fluent in Lithuanian and English Salary: 1,200 €/mon. net Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
