This helps put us light years ahead of the “average” insurance agency. Ok...you’ve made it this far. Let’s talk about what you’ll be doing on a daily basis and the skills you’ll need to succeed. Job Responsibilities:

  • Help consumers find the “right” insurance plan for their needs
  • Provide top-notch, friendly customer service via phone, email, and text
  • Quote & sell personal and commercial insurance policies
  • Assist clients with policy changes, payments, and general questions
  • Check in with clients at renewal to ensure satisfaction with our agency

What Traits Are We Looking For?

  • Great Communicator: strong communication skills with a friendly, upbeat phone voice
  • Self-Driven: you know how to get the job done and don’t need to be micromanaged
  • Work Ethic: you either have it or you don’t...at Switch you need to have it
  • Tech Savvy: above-average computer skills or a quick “digital” learner
  • A Pulse: that’s just a little test to see if you’re still paying attention

Requirements:

  • Active Michigan Insurance License (Property & Casualty)
  • At least 2 years experience in an independent agency setting
