Job Summary This job focuses on addressing complex network provisioning issues and implementing circuit orders. It involves tracking network inventory and collaborating with various teams to maintain service quality. The role supports key network infrastructure projects with a focus on Backbone and IP networks.

Job Description

Responsibilities: Collaborating with Field Technicians and Engineering departments to facilitate communications on project work orders and deliverables Creating Visio schematics, managing TTS tickets, and guiding field operations to circuit locations for installation and maintenance Leading coordination efforts to troubleshoot and resolve network issues, ensuring timely completion of service orders Scheduling Test and Turn Up services with Field Operations to guarantee network functionality and performance Developing and updating network circuit records in the Engineering database, including IP and CLLI code assignments Providing consistent updates to Project Management on technical issues and progress towards project milestones Offering advanced support for escalated field operations issues at a national level Assembling critical network information, such as CLLI codes and IP addresses, for comprehensive project documentation Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
