Job Title: Global Head of Technical Review Reports to: Global Quality and Compliance Director Location: Worldwide The Global Head of Technical Review will lead the global technical review function, provide strategic leadership and oversight of technical review processes and performance. By ensuring a standardized global approach, the role is pivotal to drive efficiency and compliance with international standards, accreditation requirements, and internal policies, while maintaining a client-centric focus. This role requires strong leadership to drive improvement of processes and influence a global team in upholding the highest levels of technical integrity, impartiality and consistency whilst being solution driven to fulfil our clients’ needs. Key Responsibilities & accountabilities:- Define and lead the global technical review strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, accreditation requirements, and all regulatory and internal standards. Ensure a consistent, high‑quality, and compliant technical review process, safeguarding integrity, managing risks in technical decision‑making, and acting as the escalation point for complex or high‑risk cases. Represent the organization in technical and accreditation‑related discussions, supporting internal and external audits and contributing to accreditation activities. Build and develop global technical review capability, leading, mentoring, and supporting the team while nurturing a culture of accountability, high performance, and knowledge sharing. Solution-driven and drive continuous improvement of technical review processes, identifying opportunities to enhance quality, efficiency, and client value through improved methodologies, tools, and operational practices. Leverage data and insights to identify trends, strengthen compliance, and deliver operational efficiencies, enabling consistent, informed, and effective technical decision‑making. To thrive in this role, you must have:- Worked in a highly-regulated and global business environment with in-depth experience in Conformity Assessment at regional/global level, with strong knowledge of IAF MD documents, ISO/IEC 17021 and related accreditation/recognition requirements. Additional knowledge in ISO/IEC 17029 will be advantageous. Been a qualified auditor who have deep understanding on the processes of management system standards (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, ISO 55001) and certification schemes. Proven experience leading global teams in a certification, assurance or compliance environment, with strong strategic, analytical and communication skills for reporting to senior leadership and influencing cross-functional teams. The ability to lead, cultivate and influence a global team to drive for improvement on processes and procedures, whilst incorporating client-centricity and solution-driven approaches within the compliant framework.
