Influencer Marketing Manager – Philippines
This is a remote position. AWISEE is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead creator partnerships in the Philippines. This role focuses on executing performance-driven campaigns, leveraging strong local connections, and building long-term relationships with influencers across key platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns tailored to the Philippine market Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook Leverage an existing creator network or agency connections to drive campaign efficiency Handle outreach, negotiations, content coordination, and campaign delivery Build and maintain long-term partnerships with high-performing creators Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and localized messaging Requirements 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing Strong understanding of the Philippine social media and creator landscape Experience managing influencer campaigns end-to-end Existing relationships with local creators or agencies is a strong advantage Excellent communication and negotiation skills Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign reporting Fluent in English (Filipino is a plus) Apply To This Job
