Job Summary
We're seeking Customer Care Representatives to join our 2nd shift and weekend team, working a 4-day schedule with 10-hour shifts. As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone, live chat, and email, creating raving fans for arenaflex every single day. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, live chat, and email, resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Work independently to solve unique problems and think outside the box to come up with innovative solutions
- Collaborate with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty goals
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and productivity
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customers and team members
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and problem-solving
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Knowledge of the Lighting Industry and arenaflex products
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
- Experience with customer service software and technology, such as Zendesk or Salesforce
- Certification in customer service or a related field

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
* Competitive hourly rate of $17.00 per hour, with a $1.00 per hour increase after 60 days of employment
