Responsibilities:
As an Inbound Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing basic technical support via phone or chat to our customers
- Delivering exceptional support experiences that exceed customer expectations
- Interacting and communicating effectively with a diverse range of customers

Qualifications:

- A standalone monitor (19 inches)
- Hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless)
- Required internet speed: 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up
- A working phone line (home phone or mobile)
- A noise/distraction-free home office environment
- A desk and ergonomic chair
