Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Empowering homeowners and broker partners with solutions to their home ownership and closing needs
  • Ensuring excellent service standards and maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to coordinate solutions and influence stakeholders
  • Utilizing CRM tools to manage customer interactions and track progress
  • Providing updates and solutions to customers through various communication channels
  • Multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively to meet customer needs
  • Embracing learning and feedback for continuous improvement

Essential Qualifications

  • Active listening skills and ability to communicate updates and solutions
  • Energetic, positive, and fresh approach to customer inquiries and requests

  • Experience with CRM tools (preferred)
  • Residential real estate sales experience (preferred)
  • Associates degree (preferred)
