Job Description

As a Work From Home Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to provide sales, support, and customer service to some of America's top companies. You will navigate client systems, update customer information and orders, and work from the comfort of your own home. We offer flexible scheduling, allowing you to choose your own hours and work at a pace that suits you.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide sales, support, and customer service to clients

• Navigate client systems and update customer information and orders
• Select your own schedule, half hour by half hour
• Choose the client you service

• Access to an online, instructor-led certification course
• Starts at $8 - $12/hour depending on the client you choose

Requirements

* Must pass background check

• Must pass voice and other assessments
• May have to pass a computer check
• Must pass certification course
• Must provide a notarized affidavit of identity
• May have to take a drug test depending on client

Essential Qualifications

• Dual monitor preferred but not required
• Phone with headset (POTS and digital. No VOIP or softphone.)
• Internet (hardwired)
