As a social media chat sales representative, you'll be part of a supportive and collaborative environment that fosters growth, learning, and success.

Role Overview

As a Chat Assassin, you'll work with our highly skilled client success team to start authentic conversations that lead to selling coaching programs through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to sell for one of our clients, a Business Coach, speaking as them on their social media platforms. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Starting new conversations (2 hours)
  • Follow-ups (2 hours)
  • Organic account growth (2 hours)
  • Replying to active leads and closing sales (1 hour 30 minutes)
  • Management and daily communication tasks (30 minutes)

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
  • Utilize social media platforms to engage with customers and promote coaching programs
  • Collaborate with the client success team to achieve sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English

  • Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection
  • Full-time availability (8 hours a day and 2 hours on weekends)
  • Located in any country in Latin America or Brazil
  • Proven experience in sales/customer service roles (at least 4 months)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

  • Average Performance Level: $600-$1,200/month
  • Good Performance Level: $1,200-$2,000/month
