The Role
As a Customer Care Representative for arenaflex, you'll be working with our customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email to create raving fans for our company every single day. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and we need someone who can deliver exceptional customer service with a smile. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing product information and recommendations to customers
- Handling customer complaints and concerns in a fair and empathetic manner
- Collaborating with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
Requirements
