Job Synopsis
We're seeking an experienced full stack data entry specialist to join our team as a key business development and client relations professional. As a single point of contact for our corporate travel management organizations, this role requires significant judgment to make decisions that drive steady income, leveraging our organization's strengths and corporate client relationships. Key Responsibilities
* Serve as a knowledgeable authority for TMC (Travel Management Company) business for arenaflex, driving business development and client relations efforts.
- Establish key business relationships with TMC accounts focused on business travel learning experiences for arenaflex.
- With minimal guidance, exercise extensive judgment to manage pricing, cost analysis, and negotiations of all TMC agreements, with the goal of achieving the highest share of the market and yield possible in individual commercial centers.
- Collaborate with legal and risk management teams to develop contract-official arrangements.
- Analyze revenue, limits, and agreement performance to ensure objective consistency and profit.
- Establish key business relationships with TMC accounts focused on business travel learning experiences for arenaflex.
- Develop marketing-related initiatives to drive sales efforts, planning closely with marketing and business development teams.
- Manage the setup of TMC organization accounts through sales calls, arrangement planning, and coordination with pricing.
- Plan business development and lead advancement of other organization accounts through collaboration with sales management teams to ensure exceptional entries are documented as needed and drive expected income per the details of the agreement.
- Monitor reporting and metrics to identify trends and develop a strategy to ensure the organization is positioned suitably in the market.
- Monitor revenue, commissions, and agreement performance to ensure maximum incomes and sales objectives are achieved.
- Successfully manage and allocate time and resources, boosting revenue opportunities at the most cost-effective rate for arenaflex.
- Prepare and execute local sales plan according to corporate sales targets and ensure arenaflex is strategically positioned among its competitors and utilizes its position in the market.
Work Experience, Education, and Skills
* Required: + 2 years of experience in outside sales, with a focus in the retail service industry or related field. + Four-year degree, or two additional years of relevant experience in lieu of this degree. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). + High school diploma or equivalent. + Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Preferred:
+ Earlier airline experience. + Earlier exposure to and utilization of travel industry data reporting sources like Sabre and Amadeus. + Proficiency with CRM tool Salesforce. + Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive results to the greatest advantage of the organization. + Ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with different teams and workgroups. + Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to conflicts caused by competing needs.
