Key Responsibilities

As a Work From Home Data Entry Team Leader, you'll be responsible for:

• Leading a team of customer service professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they meet or exceed service level metrics
• Assisting agents with technology, professional communication, and career development to enhance their skills and performance
• Building rapport within your team and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment
• Upholding service level metrics and ensuring excellent customer service to our customers, stores, and associates
• Embracing change, acting with integrity, and being dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our customers and associates
• Collaborating with other teams to drive business results and improve processes
• Providing input on team performance, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to address them
• Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service or leadership role, preferably in a high-volume contact center environment
• Proven track record of leading teams to achieve exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations
• Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
• Experience with data entry and customer service software, preferably in a cloud-based environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications
