Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering telephones and responding to basic customer inquiries using established methods provided during training
- Scheduling and changing customer appointments, answering questions from customers on what to bring to appointments, and addressing other customer concerns
- Processing transactions and tracking responses to ensure completion of calls
- Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office tools, as well as the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Experience working with and skilled in the use of help desk software
- Basic business and analytical problem-solving skills are necessary
- Ability to follow oral and written directions
- Overtime may be available, and shifts may occasionally change based on business needs
- Prior call center experience is a plus, but not necessary
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
- Must be able to successfully pass IDEMIA State and Federal screening requirements, including criminal history and drug screen
- High-speed WiFi to work remotely and service callers from home
- Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Experience working with and skilled in the use of help desk software
- Basic business and analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow oral and written directions
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, prior call center experience and proficiency in help desk software are highly desirable. Additionally, experience working with government contracts and sensitive information is a plus.
