Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service in a positive and approachable manner, ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
- Maintaining a clean, well-stocked store environment that's welcoming and easy to navigate for customers.
- Assisting with the unloading of merchandise from delivery trucks, organizing merchandise, and transporting merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor.
- Independently stocking shelves and recovering merchandise in the store, ensuring that products are displayed attractively and easily accessible to customers.
- Accurately handling customer funds and processing transactions using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Remaining constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment.
- Performing all other duties as assigned to maintain an effective and profitable store operation.
Position Requirements
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with the ability to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned.
- Previous experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments is preferred.
- The ability to regularly lift up to 40lbs (and occasionally, up to 55lbs) from floor level to above shoulder height, with the ability to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Availability to work a flexible, full-time schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
