Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Service Representatives in our Call Center. As a crucial part of arenaflex, you will provide the essential human touch that sets our service apart. You will be responsible for managing incoming calls, conducting research to provide effective solutions for customer issues, documenting calls accurately, and communicating professionally, empathetically, and diplomatically with clear voice quality and articulation.

Responsibilities

* Promptly and effectively manage all incoming calls: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.

  • Conduct research to provide effective solutions for customer issues: Use various resources to gather information and provide accurate and helpful responses to customers.
  • Document all calls accurately: Record customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in a clear and concise manner.
  • Communicate professionally, empathetically, and diplomatically with clear voice quality and articulation: Engage with customers in a respectful and courteous manner, using effective communication skills to resolve issues and build trust.
  • Strive to achieve daily team quality and customer satisfaction goals: Collaborate with your team to meet and exceed performance targets, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

* 18 years of age or older: We require all employees to be at least 18 years old.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
  • Minimum of 1 year in a single job, preferably in a call center customer service environment: We seek individuals with a stable work history and experience in a call center environment.
  • Reliable attendance with no missed time in the first 90 days: We require all employees to be punctual and reliable in their attendance.
  • Ability to type 25 wpm: You must be able to type at a speed of 25 words per minute.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills: Effective communication is essential for success in this role.
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems: Familiarity with desktop computer systems and software is required.
  • Hardwired internet connection with speeds greater than 5MB upload and 10MB download: A reliable internet connection is necessary for this role.
  • Secure, private work area at home: You must have a dedicated workspace at home that is free from distractions and interruptions.
  • Flexible schedule availability (Monday-Saturday): We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs and preferences.
