Job Summary
As a Part-time Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our clients' operations by accurately and efficiently processing data into our internal and external systems. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a remote team and work on a contract basis, with the potential to transition to a permanent role. Key Responsibilities
* Process and enter client employee payroll information and personal employee data into databases in a timely and accurate manner
- Update client and company-level information, including delivery addresses, contact information, and State Unemployment Insurance rate changes
- Ensure the integrity of client taxes by accurately processing and updating relevant data
- Collaborate with our team to resolve any data-related issues or discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records and reports to support our clients' operations
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least 1 year of Data Entry experience
- Basic Excel experience and computer knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
* 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with data entry software and systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
