Responsibilities
As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling emergency signals and notifying/verifying alarm signals in a timely and professional manner
- Dispatching the proper authorities in response to alarm signals, ensuring that our customers receive prompt and effective assistance
- Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and concerns in a courteous and professional manner
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and alarm signals
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or related environment
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- Computer literacy and proficiency in using software applications and systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Shifts and Scheduling
As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you'll be required to work a variety of shifts, including:
- 2nd shift (3pm-11pm)

- 10-hour shifts
