Responsibilities

As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling emergency signals and notifying/verifying alarm signals in a timely and professional manner
  • Dispatching the proper authorities in response to alarm signals, ensuring that our customers receive prompt and effective assistance
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and concerns in a courteous and professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and alarm signals
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or related environment
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in using software applications and systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Shifts and Scheduling

As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you'll be required to work a variety of shifts, including:

  • 2nd shift (3pm-11pm)
  • 3rd shift (11pm-7am)
  • 10-hour shifts
  • 12-hour shifts
  • Evening shifts
  • Night shifts
  • Overnight shifts
  • Weekends as needed
