Earnings Potential

As a remote customer support specialist, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $20.40 per hour. Our contractors are guaranteed a minimum of 45 minutes for each hour if available for the full 60 minutes.

Schedule

We offer flexible scheduling opportunities, allowing you to create your own schedule. Available hours are between 8 am and 8 pm CST, Monday through Friday.

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software
• Bookkeeping/accounting expertise, including AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, etc.
• Customer service experience and demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service over the phone in a virtual or "brick and mortar" call center environment.
• Comfort with cross-selling relevant products while addressing customer concerns.
• Strong ownership of customer issues in order to take control of the situation and provide confident resolution.
• Tech savvy and avid computer user.
• Ability to communicate with a friendly tone and professional demeanor.

Work Environment Requirements

To ensure your success in this role, you'll need a quiet, uninterrupted space and an organized desk area.

Technology Requirements

Our remote contractors require:

• Personal computer (no tablet)
• Broadband internet connection, at least 10 Mbps download speed
• Wired internet connection (no wi-fi or mobile internet)
• Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system
• Valid antivirus software installed, running, and up to date
• Wired USB headset with microphone
• Mac users: Mac acceptance is limited to Intel-based machines with Windows 11 installed via Apple's Boot Camp utility.
• No VPN; computers may not connect to internet services through a private VPN during arenaflex working time.

Important Information

Please note the following requirements:

• Contractors must live and work from the United States, except CA, NY, PA, WA.
• Contractors must successfully pass a criminal background check.
• The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship.
• You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment.
• Arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex.
