The Role

As a Swedish or Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Offering accurate information about new bookings, rebookings, and cancellation options for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more
  • Finding solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly, working closely with internal teams and external partners as needed
  • Maintaining accurate customer data and records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer satisfaction and experience

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluency in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian (C1 level) and a good command of English (B2 level)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and external partners
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
