Work From Home (WFH) Opportunities

As a WFH Customer Service Representative, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, as long as you meet our minimum technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues related to property facilities, services, and room accommodations
- Process reservation requests and support basic loyalty and customer care requests
- Identify guest reservation needs and follow sales techniques to maximize revenue
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for special booking rules and requests, loyalty guidelines, and case management
- Provide customer support through assistance and guidance in issue resolution, and open communication with arenaflex properties, related company contacts, and third parties
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation
- Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees
- Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors
Technical Requirements:
* Must live within 100 miles of the Austin, TX arenaflex Customer Engagement Center (CEC)
- 3 Mbps download speed and 1 Mbps upload speed (Mbps = Megabits per second) must be set up and maintained
- Physical cable plug-in (ethernet) connection required
- Applicant is responsible for working directly with Internet Service Provider (ISP) for set up & support
Compensation and Benefits:
* Paid training
- Hourly base rate paid weekly
- Eligibility for quarterly incentives

Preferred Qualifications:
* High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- No related work experience
- No supervisory experience
- No license or certification required
