What You'll Be Doing
As a Senior Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Spanish-English, you'll be responsible for resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work to provide answers to customers quickly, consult on products with compassion, and resolve issues with a smile. Your passion for helping others and giving them peace of mind will shine through in every interaction.
A Typical Day
* Answer incoming communications from customers in Spanish and English
- Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues
- Provide exceptional customer service to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
What You Bring to the Role
* 1 year or more of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Great written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
- Ability to recognize and solve problems of mid-to-high level customer service issues
- Computer experience
- High-speed internet (> 10mbps)
