At arenaflex, we're a fast-growing company leading the vacation rental industry with our innovative software, and we're looking for a talented Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote LATAM team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in helping customers navigate and succeed with arenaflex's software, becoming a product expert and guiding customers in setting up their accommodation websites and growing their vacation rental businesses.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist, your primary focus will be on providing top-tier support to customers via phone, email, or chat. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Promptly responding to support requests and troubleshooting issues related to the arenaflex platform
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and offering advice to help customers get the most out of arenaflex
  • Troubleshooting and solving general technical issues related to the arenaflex platform
  • Reporting customer feedback and issues to relevant teams and following up as needed
  • Identifying and documenting any software bugs or issues for continuous improvement

What Makes You a Great Fit?

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in technical customer support or a similar role
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Patience, attention to detail, and a logical approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose technical issues
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Experience with CRM and customer support tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk
  • Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus!
