Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, troubleshooting customer issues, and collaborating with other team members to deliver a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions to their problems

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Continuously improve the quality of our customer service through feedback, coaching, and training

- Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics and targets
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or work from home setting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Experience with Zendesk or a similar customer service platform is a plus
