Key Responsibilities

As an Entry Level Remote Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers have an outstanding travel experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Remote Customer Assistance: Provide top-notch customer support to arenaflex passengers via phone and online communication channels. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and offer assistance with reservations, flight information, and general inquiries.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience, either in a call center or retail environment, is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
