Job Summary

As a remote data entry specialist, you'll be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and correcting eligibility records to ensure they align with our enrollment package records. This role involves working with shared mailboxes, resolving issues from various regions within the company, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve problems efficiently. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities will be essential in delivering high-quality results and contributing to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and analyze eligibility records to identify discrepancies and errors

• Resolve issues and discrepancies in eligibility records, working closely with internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate and timely resolution of problems
• Monitor and track records, identifying trends and areas for improvement
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance data accuracy and efficiency
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications
