Job Summary
As a remote Freight Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex's cargo operations, providing exceptional customer service to our clients through direct communication and phone support. This is a full-time, 8-hour per day position that requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding results. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients through direct communication and phone support
- Ensure timely and efficient transportation of cargo, including coordination with clients, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including tracking cargo movements and resolving discrepancies
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Work a variety of shifts, including early morning and evening hours, to accommodate client needs and flight schedules

Essential Qualifications
