Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer incoming calls from store partners and provide timely and effective support to resolve their queries and concerns

  • Document customer interactions and update records accurately and efficiently
  • Conduct basic research to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to build trust and credibility
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate and informed support

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or retail environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in using computer software and systems, including CRM and ticketing systems
