Job Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our merchants and customers, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with the Trader Administrations Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and customer satisfaction
- Coaching and mentoring colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to increase efficiency and quality
- Analyzing data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive growth
- Working closely with the Inbound Operations team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Participating in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

- Has at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment

- Is able to work independently, with a high level of autonomy and self-motivation
- Is proficient in using technology, including Google Sheets and other data analysis tools
- Is committed to ongoing learning and development, with a desire to grow and develop in their career
