Job Summary
As a part-time Manager, Analytics – Paid Media Examination and Insights, you will be responsible for supporting our paid media examination capability to surface data-driven key opportunities for the Chief Initiative group. You will work closely with marketing teams to identify ways of optimizing the efficiencies of our paid media spend and develop revealing and examinations to inform and drive decisions. You will also play a key role in supporting key direction by creating and disseminating custom detailing and examinations that illuminate our paid media strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* Support paid media examination capability to surface data-driven key opportunities for the Chief Initiative group
- Work with marketing teams to identify ways of optimizing the efficiencies of our paid media spend
- Develop revealing and examinations to inform and drive decisions
- Create and disseminate custom detailing and examinations that illuminate our paid media strategy
- Foster KPIs and scorecards to track drive progress/execution and drive an emphasis on results and execution
- Play a key role in supporting key direction by making and imparting custom detailing and examinations
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated, analytical professional with a strong background in data analysis and a passion for driving business growth. You will be an autonomous, logical self-starter with sharp critical thinking abilities, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to dissect information and draw inferences. You will be able to scope an issue, form pertinent questions, draw important information, and provide insights from the data.
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, economics, mathematics, statistics)
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and draw inferences from data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau)
- Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, economics, mathematics, statistics)
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a related field
- Experience working with large datasets and complex data systems
- Familiarity with machine learning and predictive analytics techniques
- Certification in data analysis or a related field (e.g., Certified Data Analyst, Certified Analytics Professional)
