Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our arenaflex Healthcare Division as a Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, answering their queries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, and your interactions with customers will shape their experience with our company.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to inbound calls and emails from customers regarding their healthcare plans, benefits, and services
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers about their coverage, eligibility, and claims
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and empathetic manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns as needed
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer information in our database
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your knowledge and skills
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, business, communications)
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
