Responsibilities
As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

- Managing a team of junior customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to help them grow and develop in their roles.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- The ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with stressed or upset customers.
- Proficiency in using computers and software applications, including CRM systems and productivity tools.
- Experience working in customer support, preferably in a call center or remote work environment.
