Responsibilities:
As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Processing transactions, including registering sales, handling returns, and processing voids and exchanges
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, cleaning the sales floor, and performing other tasks as assigned
- Assisting customers with finding products, answering questions, and providing recommendations
- Working collaboratively with our pharmacy team to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Processing prescriptions, including counting, measuring, and pouring medications
- Maintaining accurate records, including patient and medication data
- Reporting any errors or discrepancies to the pharmacy team in a timely manner
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest products and services
- Performing other tasks as assigned by the pharmacy team or management
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., pharmacy, healthcare, business)
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail or healthcare environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
Preferred Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of experience in a pharmacy or retail environment
- PTCB certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with pharmacy software and systems
- Strong numerical skills, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications
- Experience with customer service software and systems
- Familiarity with store stock control and inventory management
